LTO NCR Branch

The National Capital Region is such a very big region in Manila. It is the center of all business and movement in the Philippines today. Sadly, it is also where you can find the worst vehicular traffic. The same reason why I made this blog possible. So people can have a place to share their experience, dilemma and problems with respect to traffic congestion.

In relation to all this, I am providing here the complete location address and contact details of (Land Transportation Office) LTO NCR branch office in Quezon City. If you came here by mistake, please navigate to our sidebar for other branches or use our search box feature for related information. Example search terms can be pointed to your student permit, driver’s license, vehicle registration and license and registration renewal and more. I have included the hotline number so you can call to make an inquiry.

My brand new car was damaged by a motorcycle which is still “for registration”. It was a “hit and run” accident. How can I claim my money, since there is no conduction stickers for motorcycles? Are this drivers free to damage properties without penalties?
